What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but you'll help manufacture and prepare high-quality sports padding used in athletic facilities across the country.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and assembling athletic padding
  • Painting and finishing products
  • Using basic hand and power tools
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Operating a forklift
  • Assisting with shipping and production
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Traveling when needed to support projects
  • Staying productive while working independently

Experience with upholstery is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Basic construction or fabrication knowledge
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment throughout the day
  • Willingness to work Monday-Friday with overtime, weekends, and 8-12 hour shifts when needed
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
