What You’ll Grow Into

You’ll learn how to install specialty commercial fencing, railings, gates, and more. You’ll gain experience with tools, equipment, blueprint reading, concrete work, welding (if you’re interested), and even heavy equipment like skid loaders and boom lifts.

You’ll be part of a team that:

  • Keeps tools, vehicles, and job sites clean

What You Bring

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
  • Comfort working outdoors in all conditions
  • A valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
  • A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently
